Our arrivals process is designed to move you through immigration, customs, and into the terminal efficiently, with staffed support available at every stage.
Immigration Clearance
The international arrivals area is equipped with both staffed counters and automated e-gates to process arriving passengers quickly and accurately.
- Please Note: Biometric e-gates under the Trusted Traveller Programme (TTP) will be introduced in a future phase. All passengers will currently be processed through staffed immigration counters.
Arrival Document Check
Keep your passport, visa (if applicable), boarding pass and completed arrival forms ready for faster immigration processing.
Counters & E-Gates
18 immigration positions in total, including 4 biometric e-gates for automated processing.
Customs Declaration
After baggage collection, all passengers proceed through a designated customs zone before they exit the terminal.
Green Channel
For passengers not carrying dutiable or declarable items, and within applicable duty-free limits.
Red Channel
For passengers carrying high-value goods, declarable items, foreign currency beyond limits, or items exceeding duty-free allowance.
Currency Exchange
Currency exchange services are available in the international arrivals hall for major foreign currencies.

- Helpful Tip: Keep your passport and travel documents ready, as telecom providers may require identification for SIM activation.
Airport Wi-Fi
Complimentary airport Wi-Fi is available to help passengers access travel information, contact family or arrange onward transport.
SIM & Mobile Connectivity
Telecom support and SIM activation services are available for passengers requiring local mobile connectivity after arrival.
